Patient Satisfaction Survey

Since 1986, we have taken great pride in delivering the best experience to our patients, constantly striving to improve patient satisfaction. Thus in 2021, we relocated to a new state-of-the-art purpose build facility in Hesslewood incorporating patient suggestions over the years into its design, from its accessibility and parking facilities to the relaxing setting of the Clinic.

We acknowledge that we don’t always get it right but we use patient feedback to continuously improve our service. Patient satisfaction surveys will be sent to you after embryo transfer, however in the meantime if you have any further suggestions or comments please do not hesitate to contact us.
