There are a number of appointments available for you to book. Please select the appointment which is appropriate to the test you require. If this is an Andrology appointment this will be stated on your request card that will have been given to you by your GP/Consultant. If you are unsure which appointment to book, please contact the Clinic and we will be more than happy to help.

Book an Andrology Drop-Off Appointment Book this appointment if you require a fertility or post-vasectomy test and are producing your sample at home. The sample needs to be delivered to the laboratory within 45 minutes of production for fertility and 3 hours for post-vasectomy.Book an Andrology Production On-site Appointment Book this appointment if you require a fertility or post-vasectomy test and need to produce your sample at our on-site facilities. These are reserved for people who live more than 45 minutes (fertility)/ 3 hours (post-vasectomy) away from the laboratory.Book a Special Infertility (SINF) Appointment Book this appointment if your Consultant has specifically requested a special fertility test e.g. vasectomy reversal, retrograde ejaculation. These are produced on-site.Book a Private Consultation Book this appointment if you would like to book a consultation with one our fertility doctors. Please note not all available appointments are online and more may be available if you call.
