Joanna joined our administrative and reception team as a Patient Care Administrator in October 2025.
Joanna has a strong background in providing excellent administrative support throughout her career. Her previous roles include working as a legal secretary and a school secretary, where she supported both colleagues and clients.
Alongside the rest of our friendly admin team, Joanna greets patients, handles patient queries, and helps ensure that all administrative processes behind the scenes run smoothly.
